  • Estimated delivery time within Faisalabad: 1-2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time across Pakistan: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Incorrect Address Tehzeeb Mart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.
  • COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
